William & Lily Silverthorn
Founders
In 2009, William and Lily were called by God to retire from their previous lives and dedicate themselves to serving the communities of Ica, Peru—Lily’s home country—in the aftermath of the devastating 2007 earthquake.
Pastor Carlos LLaja & family
Resident Missionaries
Pastor Carlos and Pastora Flora Llaja joined us from Pisco, Peru in late 2024 to lead our core ministries on the ground. They oversee church preaching, discipleship training, adult ministries, and children’s outreach. Their ministry is a true family affair, with Pastora Flora and their three musical children leading our weekly worship services.
