The Bedrock of Our Ministry
Our statement of faith is focused on the roots of Christianity – salvation through Christ Jesus, belief in the Trinity, and recognition of the Holy Bible as the inspired Word of God. These core tenets are the foundation upon which all of our ministry efforts are built.
The Trinity
We believe in the Trinity: God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit.
The Holy Bible
We believe the Bible is the inspired and infallible Word of God to men.
Jesus Christ
We believe Jesus is God, the second person of the Trinity, conceived by the Holy Spirit and born of the virgin Mary. He died for our sins, was buried, and was raised on the third day according to the Scriptures. He is now seated at the right hand of the Father and is coming again.
Salvation
We believe that we are all sinners in need of redemption, and that salvation only comes through Jesus.
Water Baptism
We believe in water baptism as an act of obedience and public declaration of faith.
The Holy Spirit
We believe in the work of the Holy Spirit, who gives various gifts for the common good.
Final Judgment
We believe in the resurrection of the dead and a final judgment.
Unity of the Body
We believe in the unity of the body of Christ. Though we are many parts, we are baptized by one Spirit into one body.
