Our Vision: A Church for the Community
The main thrust of our mission is to save souls. While we are inter-denominational and partner with many local churches, we recognized the need for a permanent spiritual home in our remote village area. We are a permanent missionary investment in the people of San Juan Bautista district, here to guide them to know Jesus more.

Our Home Church
Ica Church Fellowship
Established in 2013 right at our mission base, Ica Fellowship is the heartbeat of our spiritual work. It is where locals find community, biblical teaching, and a personal relationship with Jesus.
Under the leadership of Pastor Carlos and Pastora Flora Llaja, the church has grown to include active youth ministries and outreach programs.

More about Ica Fellowship (Pastors, Worship, Schedule)
Welcome Home
Ica Fellowship is more than just a Sunday service; it is a family. Since opening our doors in October 2013, we have been a place of refuge, teaching, and celebration for families from the district of San Juan Bautista and the surrounding villages.
Music & Worship
Music is a passion at Ica Fellowship. We believe vibrant worship unlocks hearts and engages the youth of our community.
- Equipped for Praise: Thanks to donors, we have both a KORG synthesizer-keyboard, a regular Roland (Juno DS) organ/piano, drums, guitars, and professional PA systems.
- Church Choir / Music: We encourage learning music, guitar, bass, keyboard, vocals, drums and welcome your participation and music leadership skills. [Pastora Flor and family currently run the church worship but we would love any to join in either instrument, vocal or even leadership role.]
- Youth Choir: We have actively run a youth choir that occasionally performs at local churches and events. Our Sunday childrens service often practices for short recitals.

Adult & Family Discipleship
Bringing Christ to every family through counseling, bible studies, and group ministries.

Cell Sites
We run multiple “cell sites” for bible study in local homes during the week, including active groups in Cabildo and Altura.

Women’s Ministry
For over 4 years, we have held weekly meetings for women centered around knitting and crocheting. It’s a time of fellowship and prayer.

Men & Counseling
We held our first Men’s Retreat in 2022. We also provide vital counseling for couples, unwed mothers, pregnant teens, and marriages.
Evangelism Strategy
Our desire is to get a Bible in every home and help families implement a discipleship program.

Street Evangelism
We engage in prayer walks and distribute tracts and Gospels of John in the villages and Ica city.
One-on-One Teaching
We focus on teaching individuals in their homes, gifting Bibles to hungry households who are interested.
Updates from Our Church Planting Efforts

La Misión: Our Home Church
Our mission base hosts our foundational church, with weekly Sunday worship, home cell groups, and evangelistic outreach led by our on-site pastor and missionary family. More on what we do at this church can be read here at this link.

New Plant: Pisco Fellowship (and more plans)
At the invitation of local christians, we have begun a new fellowship in the heart of Pisco, an hour north of our home church in el Carmen, San Juan Bautista. We are reaching a new community with the Gospel.
New property purchases in San Pedro and el Olivos (San Juan Bautista district) for future churches when funds can be raised to build.

A Look Back at Our Journey
2014 Oct 5 – Branch Church Update
“Take a look back at this video from 2014, where we shared an update on the growing Ica Fellowship. It’s a wonderful reminder of God’s faithfulness to our church community over the years.”
Spiritual Impact: Lives Transformed
Since opening our doors in 2013, we have had the joy of seeing many people come to faith in Christ. We have held baptisms for new believers from various countries and have discipled them to grow in their walk with the Lord.
