Unlike most charities, where only a portion of your gift reaches the field, 100% of your donation goes directly to ministry work. LAMA is an all-volunteer ministry:
- No salaries, no living stipends, no travel reimbursements.
- Board members and missionaries are fully supported by their churches or personal supporters.
- Many of us not only volunteer our time but also pay our own travel and living expenses in Peru.
For as long as possible, your donations are also being 100% matched by our founders — making your gift 200% effective.

How You Can Give
1. Prayer Support
Our greatest need is your prayers. We rely on God’s direction and provision, and your prayers sustain us. Please keep us in prayer for:
- Continued favor and clear direction in ministry.
- Financial provision for ongoing needs.
- Strong relationships with local villages and minimal religious conflict.
- Spiritual growth and health of the communities we serve.
- Blessing over our long-term missionary couple now managing the Mission.
The heart of our mission is to save souls and demonstrate that this is a permanent investment in the people of San Juan Bautista.
2. Volunteer Support – Join the Mission
We need more long-term staff and volunteers. Our facilities can house up to 10 full-time staff members. With six villages to serve, there is always more work than hands available.
- Come yourself.
- Send someone you know.
- Support a missionary who wants to join us.
This is one of our most urgent needs.
3. Financial Support
You can give easily and securely through several methods:
- Online Donations: Use the donation button on our homepage or below. One-time or recurring gifts are welcome.
- PayPal: Add instructions in the “note” field if you wish to designate your gift.
- Direct Giving: Email us for bank details to avoid PayPal fees, so more of your gift goes to the mission.
- Mailing Address: Send checks or cash directly to our address (listed on our homepage).
💡 Examples of what your gift provides:
- $10 → A pair of sandals plus cash support for the Mission (through our partner Beautiful Feet).
- $50 → A water filter for a family with children, eliminating unsafe drinking water.
- Any amount → Clothing, toys, and school supplies for villagers, or help with urgent medical, dental, or housing needs.
No gift is too small. Every dollar is put to immediate use.
4. Donor Brick Program – Leave a Legacy
Help us build for the future by participating in our Donor Brick Program. Your name, message, memorial, or blessing will be engraved on our Donor Wall in the front courtyard.
- Messages can be translated into Spanish if desired.
- You may use up to three lines of text.
- Special characters may be included (if available in font).
This is a lasting way to support the mission while helping with immediate construction expenses.
5. Amazon Support – Shop & Give
Your everyday purchases can also support LAMA:
